Ingredients:

4 ounces of tuna (canned in water without added salt)
1 egg (hard-boiled and chopped)
1 tbsp. canola oil
2 bone meal tablets (crushed, 10-grain or equivalent)
1 multiple vitamin-mineral tablet

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and serve immediately, or chill and warm slightly before serving to "take the chill off."
